We are the light that reaches and recedes…

I have spent the last 15 years of my life as a working author, teacher, and immersive journalist. In that time I have been exposed to a diverse range of cultural perspectives, healing practices, community structures, and spiritual modalities. While I also have exposure to traditional therapeutic structures, my central focus is personal narrative – story – the ways it unfolds, enriches, and sometimes complicates our lives. My intention as a narrative guide is to work with you through the stories that take you towards your personal and embodied sense of authorship with the world.

I hold a Bachelor’s degree in psychology with a special focus in neuroscience, and a Master’s in Creative Writing. I have received training in a lineage grounded in over 30 years of experience working with extra-ordinary experiences, and have received Level II Hakomi training.
